Status of federal funding: If you receive federal bill payment assistance from state agencies to help pay energy bills, you may be able to receive assistance until further notice. We will share updates as we learn more. In the meantime, NW Natural provides other programs listed on this page to help reduce energy bills.

The NW Natural bill discount program can save you money every month on your gas bill. Depending on whether you live in Oregon or Washington and your income level, you may be eligible for bill discounts of 15% to 85%.
There is one application to fill out. No proof of income is required to apply. And the application takes only minutes to complete online, by email or traditional mail, or over the phone. Learn more and enroll here.
